We are not a gym
We don't have rows of machines, a juice bar, or a contract that's hard to cancel. What we have is a 1,400 square foot training floor, qualified coaches who know your name, and a programme that actually works.
Founded in 2021 by Jordan Reyes, Elevate opened during pandemic recovery because people needed somewhere to rebuild. We were fully booked within four months.
Our mission
To make serious fitness coaching accessible to people who want real results — without the ego, the intimidation, or the upselling.
Competence First
All coaches are qualified to Level 3 Personal Training standard with current first aid certification. We don't hire enthusiasm instead of knowledge.
Results, Not Vibes
We track everything — weights lifted, body composition, performance benchmarks. Progress needs to be measurable to be real.
Small on Purpose
We cap total membership to ensure every client gets genuine coaching attention. We're not trying to be the biggest studio in Chicago.

Personal Training
One-to-one sessions with a dedicated coach. We begin every new client relationship with a movement assessment and goal consultation.

HIIT Classes
High-intensity interval training in groups of maximum 8. Every class is coached, not just facilitated — we correct form, adjust intensity, and track progress.

Strength & Conditioning
Progressive strength training using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. Designed for people who want to get stronger over months.

- Tracks lifts and benchmarks
- $179/month unlimited
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition programmes delivered remotely. Focused on habit change, not calorie restriction. Includes weekly check-ins with a certified nutrition coach.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1. Seven years of coaching experience. Specializes in strength training and body recomposition.
Camille Adeyemi
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Leads the Strength & Conditioning program and coaches HIIT classes. Former collegiate track athlete.
Drew Harrington
NASM CPT, Precision Nutrition Level 2. Manages the nutrition coaching program and assists with personal training.
